True Blood Bewere Poster
Well folks, here it is, the eighth poster in the True Blood series. I love this one, it's simple, but haunting. Foreshadowing of things to come? My favorite part: the misspelling of beware.

True Blood: Please Do Not Feed the Shapeshifters
I'll admit. I still think last weeks was the best, but this one is still not bad. What do you think?

True Blood: Bill is Missing Video
Following up with the clever Missing Poster, True Blood has now increased the search for Bill with a new video. Man, waiting really does suck.
True Blood Waiting Sucks: Sookie
Sookie is now featured in the "Waiting Sucks" Promos for True Blood, and she's got a gun. But who's that taking the bullet? Comment away.

True Blood's Missing Poster
The fifth in the series of collectible posters from True Blood is a clever play on the Missing Persons Milk Carton ads. If you remember, Bill was abducted in the season finale, which will take Sookie on a journey to find him. I guess based on the bottle, she is not taking any chances. This is by far my favorite, and hope the rest are this creative.

True Blood's Be True Poster
The fourth in a series of posters for True Blood fans depicts some of the forms our favorite shifter Sam has taken these past two seasons (my favorite is being the literal fly on the wall.) This is by far my favorite, only because I wish I could do the same thing. Maybe one day. *Sigh*

True Blood: Who's that with Jason Stackhouse?
In this latest installment of the waiting sucks series, we see our favorite studly "man-whore" Jason Stackhouse sharing a late night smooch (and I'm sure more) with another young lady. Who is she? I'm not sure, but I'm sure a whole bunch of people wish it were them instead.

True Blood Get Your Fill
Here's the third in the True Blood poster series. This one reminds with me of the Cup of Joe, with blood being in a water cooler instead of a coffee pot. I don't know, they are starting to grow on me. What do you think?

True Blood: Who's Attacking Tara
As part of the waiting sucks campaign, True Blood creators released this new video of Tara in danger. Man, these little teasers are making it hard to get through the next few months.

True Blood's Anna Paquin: "I'm Bisexual"
Anna Paquin, True Blood's Sookie for all you fangbangers, is featured in a PSA in which she declares she is bi-sexual and "Gives a damn." She is joined by such celebrities as Elton John, Whoopi Goldberg, and Cyndi Lauper in a campaign for Lauper's True Colors Foundation, which helps to promote equality. Whether or not it's true, it's nice to see her participating, since I am sure a big chunk of True Blood's audience is from the GLBT community. Take a look at the spot for yourself.
True Blood's VILF Poster
Well, they finally put it up on HBO.com. I'm actually starting to like it, but I still prefer the Cup of Joe poster. What do you think? Also, just for fun, which Vamp is your VILF?

True Blood's VILF Poster
Saw the new one off of TVGuide.com. I'm not sure if it's official, since it wasn't on the HBO website, but I'm going to check Facebook just to be sure. Basically it's a red background with the word "VILF" spelled out in white. For those that aren't sure what that means, place an "M" where the "V" is and use your imagination. To view a sample of it, click here. Honestly, I prefer the Cup of Joe poster better.

True Blood Sneak Peek: Sam is in Trouble
In this teaser video from HBO, it appears Sam has found himself at the end of a gun. But who is at the other side? Like the video says, waiting sucks!

True Blood's Cup of Joe Poster
Attention all fang bangers: In order to help us desperate for June to come, the creators have started a poster campaign that will feature 12 new designs over a period of 12 consecutive weeks. Each poster can be found on True Bloods Facebook Page, HBO.com, or on various other sites. The first features a coffee pot full with blood, cleverly titled "Nothing Like a Good Cup of Joe." Click here to see the first poster.
What do you think? Does the poster make you want summer to come faster? Or is it just okay?

My Top 2 True Blood Characters to Go
In a previous post, I mentioned that Alan Ball teased that a major character was going to die this season on True Blood, so I thought I would take it upon myself to make a few guesses as to who that just might be. Since I tend to be very fond of the residents of Bon Temps, it was very hard for me to do so. Plus, I haven't read the books yet, so any possible spoilers are lost on me, but I've been told the show sometimes takes some detours, so we can't necessarily count on them all the time. But alas, after much torture, here are my top choices:
1. Arlene, played by Carrie Preston. I read that she is going to guest star on several episodes of The Good Wife, and that her character is not featured too much in the third book, so that makes her the most logical choice. But logic sometimes doesn't pan out in the True Blood universe, so there is a strong chance I could be wrong.
2. Jessica, played by Deborah Ann Woll. Don't get me wrong. I love this character, and the Hoyt/Jessica storyline struck a stronger chord with me than Sookie and Bill. But if Godric taught us anything is that many strong characters can be brought in only to be taken away. Plus, the final scene with her feeding off the trucker makes me believe that a trip to the darkside is near, and she may have to be put down (wouldn't it be something if it was by Hoyt?)
What do you think? Do they seem to be the best choices, or am I totally off?

True Blood's Season 3 Return Date
Get ready Fangbangers, True Blood is set to return this summer on June 13th. Now (and I mean for those of us who haven't read the books. I know, but I'm gonna get around to it!) we will finally know who was behind the abduction of Bill, and if Hoyt can bring Jessica back from the dark side. Okay, that last one is my personal hope, but I know a lot of others want to know the same thing.
Alan Ball has also teased that a major character will die this season. I hate when they say stuff like that, and it turns out to be the guest villain or something like that. However, in the world of Bon Temps, anything is possible. Anybody wanna take a guess as to who it can be? My guess will be Arlene, only because Carrie Preston is set to guest star on multiple episodes of The Good Wife as part of Peter's legal team. I guess we will all have to tune in and see.

TV Guide Magazine | Keck's Exclusives | True Blood’s Odd Couple
Just when I thought the last True Blood News I heard made me wish summer was already here, they go and announce this:
TV Guide Magazine | Keck's Exclusives | True Blood’s Odd Couple
To be sure, this will be a very interesting match, with Jason and Hoyt being such polar opposites. Sure, they are both sweet as can be, but Jason is more wild and untamed, while Hoyt's sweetness lies in his deer in the headlights demeanor. I wonder who will change who more. Plus, with all those girls Jason is bound to have around, what will Jessica, with her uncontrollable emotions, think about all this. It needs to be summer now!!!!

True Blood Explores Eric's Past
Who knew former Vikings (and not the football team) had daddy issues? This season on True Blood will flash back to 900 A.D.and will show the tensions between a pre-vampire Eric (an incredibly fun to watch Alexander Skarsgard) and his father, viking king Ulfrick. Hopefully they find a way to bring back Godric as well. Sigh, he was such a great character, and the last episode he was on still remains one of my favorites. It will be hard to top that one, even if they focus more on Eric.
True Blood Casting News: Alcide's ex cast
Browsing through EW, and look at what I found: Actress Brit Morgan (The Middleman) has landed the role of Debbie Pelt, Alcide's psychotic ex, who will be a major part in the upcoming season of True Blood. If you remember, Alcide and his sister are already coming to Bon Temps, and I'm sure they expect to have a howling good time. I wonder how Debbie will play into all this. Man, the summer just can't come fast enough : (
