Paula Abdul will be returning to T.V., and she will once again headline a talent competition. According to EW's Michael Ausiello, Abul is set to star in a reboot (that word again) of Star Search, the ultimate competition/talent show hosted by Ed McMahon. Her role has yet to be defined, however according to the article, she will do a combination of judging/hosting. ABC has yet to comment.
This isn't the first time Star Search was brought back to network T.V. CBS tried in 2003 with Arsenio Hall as the host, but was ultimately canceled in 2004.
